Congregate & Home Delivered Meal Services

Congregate meal services are available in many places. They are funded by the Older Americans Act and other nutrition programs. Besides healthy meals, they offer chances to socialize, learn about healthy aging, and volunteer, which supports overall health and well-being.

Home-delivered meals offer nutritious food and health information. They are often the first in-home service for older adults and help connect them to other home and community services.
