What is WIC?

The WIC (Women, Infants and Children Supplemental Nutrition) program helps low-income women, infants, and children under 5 stay healthy by providing healthy foods, tips on good eating, and health care referrals. Summer Meals

The New Hampshire Summer Food Service Program (SFSP)aka SUN Meals offers free, healthy meals and snacks to children during the summer when school is closed. Meals are served at places like schools, parks, housing complexes, community centers, or camps.

Food & Nutrition for Older Adults

Healthy food is a key part of staying independent and well. Programs funded by the Older Americans Act help people get the nutrition they need through community meals or delivery at home.
