Get WIC
The WIC (Women, Infants and Children) program helps low-income women, infants, and children under 5 stay healthy by providing healthy foods, tips on good eating, and health care referrals. Congregate & Home Delivered Meal Services
Congregate meal services are available in many places. They are funded by the Older Americans Act and other nutrition programs. Besides healthy meals, they offer chances to socialize, learn about healthy aging, and volunteer, which supports overall health and well-being.
Home-delivered meals offer nutritious food and health information. They are often the first in-home service for older adults and help connect them to other home and community services.

NOFA-NH's Farm Share Program provides funds and support for New Hampshire community members with limited incomes to purchase certified organic and sustainably grown Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) shares
Our mission is to nourish our community by increasing access to locally grown foods while strengthening relationships with farmers, families and the land.
Simply shop with SNAP/EBT and Granite State Market Match or Double Up Food Bucks at participating acceptance sites, and get a discount on fruits, vegetables, herbs, seeds, and/or seedlings.
The Monadnock Farm Share Program provides limited-income Monadnock Region residents with the opportunity to support their local CSA farmer and receive reliable, high-quality produce on a regular basis all season long.

The New Hampshire Summer Food Service Program (SFSP)aka SUN Meals offers free, healthy meals and snacks to children during the summer when school is closed. Meals are served at places like schools, parks, housing complexes, community centers, or camps.

Three Steps to Apply

Gather Documents
Before you begin the application, gather the information that DHHS requires for a complete application.
2.
Send Proofs
Proofs can be uploaded on NH Easy, dropped off at district offices, mailed, or faxed.
3.
Attend Interview
An interview is always required for SNAP, and you may be required to provide additional proofs after the interview.
What you’ll need to apply
You may need the following information for each person in the household to help you complete this application.
Personal information including social security numbers, birth dates, etc.
Income from self employment, jobs, and other income, such as child support.
Expenses such as housing, medical care, and dependent care
Asset information including vehicles, life insurance, bank accounts, homes, property, etc.
Current or recent health insurance and/or Medicare information
